SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Life Dynamics Tech will only supply tracking numbers for shipments that are 10 days overdue.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Life Dynamics Tech packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur in transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an order with damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside if damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. It is your responsibility to inspect your order on receipt. Life Dynamics Tech will under no circumstances be liable for the damaged merchandise or subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, we would be glad to help you in the event that you need assistance. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged shipment.
BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If Life Dynamics Tech is unable to fill your entire order, your order will be placed on back order and you will be notified. All back orders must be canceled by the customer or they will be automatically shipped upon their availability. There is no cancellation fee on back order cancellations.
